Portability, more available languages and other suggestions

Portability, more available languages and other suggestions
1) The software should be portable
2) There should be more languages.
Now it's only in English (or I can't see how to change it).
If that's not possible for the company, give this ability to its users.
3) When changing the skin, the program needs to be restarted: this message appears next to the skin entry.
I'd like instead a button in the GUI to close/restart the program in ONE click.
4) When I click the program on the taskbar, I'd like to see it minimized/maximized like every other windows.
